The self-catering cottages are well equipped and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable home atmosphere. They include a living room with a dining table, a kitchenette, a fireplace for heating (firewood is replaced daily), a television and a private garden or balcony with panoramic scenery.

 The bedroom has twin beds, an en suite bathroom, wardrobe and heating.
An extra-bed may be added.

Breakfast is served in the apartment and includes: various types of bread, croissants, cheese, ham, jam and natural juice (produced from fruit grown on the farm).

The dimensions of the pool are 10 metres by 5 metres; with a depth ranging from 1 metre to 2 metres. The water is natural, from a spring, and the pool is in a fenced area.

The North highroad entrance is a short drive away, and the centre of Ponte de Lima can be reached easily by car.
The nearby village has taxis, a restaurant, a coffee-house and bakery, a grocery shop, a church, and a playground.
